Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations often cannot be filled, and this policy helps protect the time set aside for each guest. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be changed at no charge. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. In this case, the cancellation fee may apply. • A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
